Yes Ed $55 is a bit much- but C'mon DARTH TOASTER!!! How many people do you know that can say the a Sith Master toasted their breakfast? Better yet - you can envision that the head is left by some awesome action of the force (cause heaven knows if I had the force I would develop a way to tag food with just a wave of my hand).
No question there. If I had one, I'd be inviting people to breakfast just to show it off!!!
